Hi there, our names are Ryan and Allan, and we own and built Outdoor Living Australia, and are grateful you are here on our store with us.

Welcome and thanks for visiting us here at Outdoor Living Australia, where we are dedicated to helping you create a healthy and friendly outdoor space.

We built Outdoor Living Australia because we know how important it is for all of us Australian's to feel like we have a safe and inviting retreat in life. With more of us spending time at home than ever, we want to provide outdoor experiences that give us the ability to transform our backyards and patios into retreats where we can relax, eat with friends and family, or host gatherings with loved ones.

How we got here

We made this site, to share our passion for outdoor spaces. We are two Australian's, with young families who love spending time at each others houses, cooking and smoking meats, gathering around a fire pit, and generally just enjoying the company of both families (and a few other close friends and families also).

As a small group of families we have been enjoying each others company for over a decade. The two of us wanted to help share the joy we have as a group with others, and so we started this business, to share it with every Australian who stumbles accross our site.

Our business is built on strong relationships based on openness and honesty. Most importantly, we are here for you, our customer, and our goal is to provide you with a WOW factor in service. You can contact us 7 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week.

Unique, branded and custom products

We have a mix of both custom and branded products. We look for Australian Companies only, and our products are made in Australia, designed in australia, or are high quality Europe made products not made here (Infrared Heaters).

If something goes wrong, we will fix it

If for some reason you're not happy with the way things turned out, or something went wrong (these things happen sometimes!), we're not going to tell you that it's 'not our problem'. We're here to support you until we've reached the right outcome, and everyone is happy.

We always do the right thing

If it sounds like you don't need one of our products, or you can acheive the same result way cheaper some other way, we're gonna be straight-up and tell you instead of trying to convince you into a sale. We're happy with just making a new friend - there's more to running a business than dollar signs!
